Sheer cover cosmetics review/Tutorial

Hi everyone so today as you can see by the title I am going to be doing a sheer cover review, Because I recently received my spring beauty vox box with a duo concealer from sheer cover in the color light to medium so I am just going to do a real quick review for you guys, I will have a video review up soon but at the moment I don't have the time because we are moving so I thought I would just do this for now!
Sheer cover duo concealer light/medium
Color:

The pigmentation was wonderful and they picked just the right color for me! I also love the fact that it came with a pink toned shade and a more yellower shade, Because I like to use the pink to off set the blue under my eyes and the yellow to off set the redness around my nose and chin.

Wear:

The wear of this product is okay its not the best, Like it wont last you for 12 hours or anything but it lasts for at least 4 hours and is super easy just to reapply anyway.

Packaging:

As you can tell from the picture above the packaging is super cute and is also really Oh whats the word? Its very durable so like if you drop it it wont break you know? The only complaint I would have about the packaging is that it does get kinda messy if you put it in your travel makeup bag but you can always just wipe it off so in my opinion I really like the packaging

Quality:

The quality of this product was also wonderful, It was very creamy and VERY easy to blend, The only problem I had with it is that if you don't use a primer before and a powder after applying it creases pretty badly but if you use a primer and powder then your fine

How I recommend applying/wearing/using this product:

First I recommend applying a face primer under all of your makeup and make sure your face is moisturized well. I use Rimmel London fix and perfect face primer.

Then before applying foundation apply concealer, (I recommend using your fingers to do this because it warms up on your fingers and makes is super easy to apply and blend) Start by applying the pinker shade under your eyes by patting it on with your fingers (the pink off sets blue under eye circles) Then taking the yellow shade apply that around your nose, chin, blemishes and any other red parts of your face.

Then continue on your regular makeup routine remember to apply powder when you are all done!
So that's it! If you have any questions or comments please leave them below!

This item was sent to me for free but all opinions are my own.

Blog challenge day 2 HOW TO: Up cycled-recycled tee shirts!

up cycled tee shirt's

Ok first thing you are going to need is some tee shirts!
these are some cool shirt's i that i got  from goodwill for about $1.50 each:

Here is the NEW YORK shirt that I made into this:

this is how:

First lay your tee shirt out FLAT. make sure its not wadded up anywhere or anything!

start out by cutting of the sleeve's and the collar of the tee right at the seams like so

then we are going to flip the shirt over and lay it out flat again and mark the shirt (with a white charcoal pencil) mark a six inch band at the bottom of your shirt and two lines from the top left side of the neckline and the top right side of the neckline all the way down to the top of the 6" band at the bottom of the shirt like this:

then CAREFULLY cut (only the back layer of the shirt not the front) the line from the top right side of the neckline all the way down to the white line marking the 6" band at the bottom of the shirt do the same with the left side so you end up with a rectangle shape out of the back of your tee

make sure not to cut into the 6" band at the bottom

then cut from the bottom of the "arm pit seam" all the way down the side seam to the top of that white line marking the 6" band at the bottom again NOT cutting into the band so you end up with something like this:

then take the "sleeve looking things" at the top of your shirt and cut 3 to 6 strips down the "sleeve" not cutting them completely of the shirt like so:

so they are still attached

then if you had the shirt on the front side we are going to flip it over AGAIN and place the "strings" about an inch away from each other on the OPPOSITE side of the shirt like this

if you can see that :)

then get a sewing needle and thread the color of your shirt

thread your needle and start sewing the end of the strings right where you placed them (optional) weaving them in the the middle where the strings from the different sides meet in the middle
viola your done! and you can either wear it with a colorful tube top or if like me that's not aloud a colorful tank top or Cami under it!

SNEEK PEEK: at my purple Haze shirt!
